Posting this review for the General Manager, Zach. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced from a pizza chain. We had a minor delivery issue due to a third party vendor at 11:45pm. I called the store and Zach went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Simply because of his customer service, I will be a returning customer to this location. Thank you Zach!

My wife and I generally get The Big Bonanza but it wasn't an option online this time. We decided to choose a similar Pizza called Three Meat Italian Pizza. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised at how good this Pizza was. Not only was this pizza good but every pizza we've ever gotten from this Papa John's has always been high quality. With all the pizza choices out there I never second guess a trip to Papa John's because I know I'm going to get quality food at a good price.

It’s the little things! I am pregnant and I was craving Papa John’s pizza with the bomb garlic sauce and I really craving their Pepperoncinis! My husband placed a pick up order and told Zach, the gentleman working, the situation and he hooked us up big time! I am so thankful! He totally made our experience memorable and went out of his way to be kind to complete strangers! Such a blessing! Wish more places were like this! Thank you!

After getting off work I didn't feel like making anything for dinner so we decided to order pizza, easy enough or so we thought. Ordered from doordash got an email that the order was completed and few minutes later I got a message that the order was canceled due to the store rejected the order. So I called the store and was told no we never even received your order that's a doordash problem. So after calling doordash and cussing them up one side and down the other they said they had to hold my money for 5 to 7 days before refund... totally unacceptable and seemed like theft to me never will I ever use that shady service again. So I called papa johns back again and ordered over the phone with what I thought was the actual store but it was their call center. And wouldn't you know it papa johns call center took my order and payment then canceled the order and refunded my money again. At this point I'm an hour into this process and beyond pissed off, funny how hunger does that to you anyways I called the store and finally got ahold of one of the managers and went off on him wasn't his fault but here we are. He explains to me that they have absolutely no record of any of our orders never received them idk how it happened but I got swindled twice and still had no food. That guy heard my troubles and took my order and assured me I would have food at my doorstep as fast as he could get it there and would see to it personally that his guys alone would handle my food and doordash would not be involved, he also knocked a considerable amount off my order which he didn't have to do but after all the trouble I had to go through he felt it was the least he do and I appreciate that. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but if you read this you'll know who you are and thank you for everything you're the man !

You guys know that due to a terrible experience with Papa Johns few years ago I literally stopped eating pizza; but I met Sabrina at my actual job and she recommended the Braselton location (she worked for Papa Johns for a long time). I have to say that I am eating pizza again because of her recommendation; this location close to Chateau Elan is the best, pizza is on point always not burned, tasty, right ingredients, etc. The team is very attentive and I noticed that they wear caps to cover the hair (very important) in general this location looks clean and organized. This is all I need to keep driving 30 minutes to pick up my pizza!

We had an issue with our order, but Zack O made it right. It’s rare to see such good customer service nowadays, so it was quite refreshing. I’m happy to support this place, and the prices on carry out are 1/2 off right now. Decent price, decent product, and great service!
